Diablo 2 Resurrected Skill Changes list
Skill Changes
• Lower level friendly skills can't be cast on you if a higher one is already active (such as Battle Orders or Enchant)
• Assassin
Mostly great, Assassin should have a bit more passive stats from different abilities giving build diversity.
• Assassin: Claw Mastery gives 1% Open Wound per level. (Max 20%)
• Assassin: Cobra Strike gives some passive Life and Mana steal.
• Assassin: Fade gives passive resistance.
• Assassin: Shadow Master can now run.
Add Synergy: Shadow Warrior + Life and damage

Amazon summons need to be cleaned up, and maybe a few of the passive and magic skills.
• Amazon: Decoy now counts as a summoned minion, and follows you around.
Decoy can attack, and does 50% of your damage.
• Amazon: Valkyrie improved AI, and damage, change gear, and will use amazon ability's (similar to Shadow Warrior/Shadow Master)
Valkyrie should probably use a javelin and shield. I feel like Valkyrie is a really cool skill, that for some reason sucks.
• Amazon: Critical Strike: Combine Critical Strike and Penetrate
• Amazon: Penetrate: Move Peirce to level 18 (Penetrate slot)
• Amazon: Peirce becomes Rupture
Rupture gives a 1% chance of open wounds (Max 20%)
• Amazon: Dodge: Combine Dodge and Avoid
• Amazon: Avoid: Move Evade to level 12 (Avoid slot)
• Amazon: Evade becomes Sentinel
Sentinel summons a shield that counter-attacks melee and ranged physical attacks, when the amazon is attacked.

Barbarian needs some form of area damage, can take a bit from the Diablo 3 Barbarian in this case.

Causing massive bleeding damage in an area in front of them.
• Barbarian: Grim Ward no longer requires a corpse.
Grim Ward now taunts and causes targets to take more damage and be confused.
• Barbarian: Increased Stamina Gives 1% Increase life per level. (Max 20%)
Barbarian needs some form of area damage, can take a bit from the Diablo 3 Barbarian in this case.

• Barbarian: Stun becomes Rend:

Druid vines need to be cleaned up, along with a few other skills.
• Druid: Arctic Blast adds Cold damage on melee attacks, and has an ice explosion when striking.
• Druid: Lycanthropy does not require a point in Warewolf.
• Druid: Hunger becomes Primal Hunger:
Adds Fire, Lightning and Cold damage to attacks.
• Druid: Maul has cleave that hits multiple targets in front of him.
• Druid: Rabies becomes an active that will apply to all melee attacks.
Druid: Poison Creeper
All 3 Vines can be summoned at the same time.
Druid: Carrion Vine restores Life and mana.

Druid: Solar Creeper explodes corpses dealing fire and Poison damage (Similar to Corpse Explosion/Poison Explosion)

• Sorceress
Sorceress has some insanely good spells, but some that are just weird, and could use an update. Also I thought it might be cool to have a familiar.
• Sorceress: Blaze gives Fire resist.
Blaze can be cast on allies and summons.
• Sorceress: Thunderstorm can trigger 2-3 times in repetiton.
Thunderstorm has a chance to cast chain lightning on striking.
Thunderstorm has a chance to cast Static field when struck. (Its already a synergy)
• Sorceress: Frozen Armor: Combine all 3 of the current Ice armors into Frozen armor.
Ice armors in Diablo 2 are cool in idea, but most people just put 1 point in Frozen Armor and don't even think about it.
• Sorceress: Shiver Armor becomes Frozen Touch.
Frozen Touch is a spell, much like enchant, that converts a % of all damage into cold and adds a chance to freeze.
• Sorceress: Chilling Armor becomes Summon Ghost Blade
Summon Ghost Blade is a Summoner minion that is much like the Necromancer's Fire Golem.
It has a normal attack dealing damage to the target, and the ability to freeze enemies on hit.
[ This seems fitting to the sorceress line of equipment spells ]

• Necromancer: Poison Explosion radius is increased, and lingers for a longer duration.
Poison explosion synergizes +Fire damage with corpse explosion.
• Necromancer: Summon Resist becomes Command the Dead.
Gives a passive % chance to reanimate killed enemies.
